The Edmontosaurus was a large herbivore with a decorative head comb and a shovel-like duckbill. Nearly twice as large as two fire engines, larger than T-Rex.
Schleich Edmontosaurus measures 11.8" L x 2.5" W x 4.5" H
This figure is very similar to the Edmontosaurus in the Jurassic World Series. Similar shape and coloring. If you are a fan of Jurassic World, this is the choice for you.
A good bulky shape to the abdomen. Strong muscular legs to carry it and an equally strong tail for balance. A long, elegant neck and attractive head with a soft teal shade that contrasts the two-tone brown hide of the hadrosaurid. There is a fair amount of detail when inspecting the hide.
The front feet should be more hoof like and are missing the inner claw.
Good pose - appears to be in motion - tail is upwards as it should be.
Introduced by Schleich in 2023.
Edmontosaurus was a large hadrosaur (aka "duck-billed dinosaur"). It lived in the late Cretaceous Period alongside Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus Rex. It is one of the few dinosaur genera to provide many preserved examples of soft tissue (skin). One recent specimen even showcased a soft "crest" on its head, like the comb of a rooster.
Made of durable synthetic material. Hand Painted.
